Of Threads and Men

The story of threads and men has been very fascinating. From ab-initio of civilization men has relied on this technological feet of his for a long time.He made clothes out of it.He used it to build ropes to pull himself out of trouble. And yet it is these threads that bound him to the world. Linking him to every one he knew. A sort of bondage that he carried every where.

Isn’t it that every where we go we find people related to each other by some sort of threads. These are kind of invisible links to people which we don’t understand, something we always reject as our mere imagination, stuff of the brain.

These threads are created the moment we start knowing people. We start feeling something in ourselves that’s not our. Sort of “linked list”. And before we know these threads start becoming stronger and stronger. Till a time arises these threads are not merely simple inanimate threads but alive entities that pull us towards that person and don’t let us get free from their grip.

Many of us try to break these threads. Try to ignore the person. Stop meeting him/her. We start thinking ourselves to be free from that situation. We start feeling elated over our “VICTORY”. But some how these threads persist with us. And with even a little pain or irritation the threads start stretching towards that person.

Its really freak. But yet the truth..
